Business Process Outsourcing:
Nimble management teams want to focus on what they do best and outsource
services when it is more economic than insourcing. In these cases, Entropy
Modulation can provide the outsourced services or identify appropriate service
providers. Small and even mid-sized companies often cannot justify the cost of a
high quality CFO, controller, treasurer, procurement manager, human resources
manager, general counsel, IT manager, tax manager, insurance manager, project
manager, asset and inventory control manager, scheduler, contract manager, HS&E
manager, accounts receivable/collections manager, and/or other functional
expertise. These activities have to be addressed by someone on the staff or
else outsourced. A customer can outsource its entire financial and administrative
function to us, or selected portions of it, for an extended period or just
