Our service offerings fall into three broad categories:  consulting, acquisition & business development support, and business process outsourcing. Services are directed toward private equity and owner-managed firms in the oil and gas exploration & production and oilfield service industries.

Consulting Services:

We will assess your company's current financial condition and business processes, recommend enhancements and implement the recommendations. Below is a sample of some of the issues we will address:

Strategic Review: How well does management set, communicate, execute and monitor expectations against actual performance? Is there a clear plan in place to achieve goals, with well-defined mileposts that signal when results are going off track?

Business Process Outsourcing:

Nimble management teams want to focus on what they do best and outsource services when it is more economic than insourcing. In these cases, Entropy Modulation can provide the outsourced services or identify appropriate service providers. Small and even mid-sized companies often cannot justify the cost of a high quality CFO, controller, treasurer, procurement manager, human resources manager, general counsel, IT manager, tax manager, insurance manager, project manager, asset and inventory control manager, scheduler, contract manager, HS&E manager, accounts receivable/collections manager, and/or other functional expertise. These activities have to be addressed by someone on the staff or else outsourced. A customer can outsource its entire financial and administrative function to us, or selected portions of it, for an extended period or just temporarily. We function as seamless members of our customers' teams. While we do not provide accounting services, we can recommend accounting firms and work in coordination with the selected provider.
